Acceptance of Terms of Use
This R.G. Packman & Associates Ltd. ("Packman") website ("Site") is provided to you subject to your compliance with the following Terms of Use ("TOU"). Packman reserves the right to update the TOU at any time without notice to you. Description of Services
Through the Site, Packman provides you with access to a variety of resources, (collectively "Services"). The Services, including any updates, enhancements, new features, and/or the addition of any new content, are subject to the TOU.
Ownership of Content
The Services and the materials used and displayed on the Site, including but not limited to text, software, photographs, graphics, illustrations, artwork, video, music, sound, names, logos and trademarks (unless specified on the website) are the property of Packman or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Any such content may be displayed solely for your personal, non-commercial use and you agree not to modify, reproduce, retransmit, distribute, disseminate, sell, publish, license, broadcast or circulate any such Services or material without the prior written permission of Packman.
Notice Specific to Documents Available on this Website
Permission to use Documents (such as articles, press releases, datasheets and FAQs) is granted, provided that (1) the copyright notice below appears in all copies and that both the copyright notice and this permission notice appear, (2) use of such Documents is for informational and non-commercial or personal use only and will not be copied or posted on any network computer or broadcast in any media, and (3) no modifications of any Documents are made. Unsolicited Idea Submission Policy
Packman or any of its employees do not accept or consider unsolicited ideas, including ideas for new advertising campaigns, new promotions, new products or technologies, processes, materials, marketing plans or new product names. Please do not send any original creative artwork, samples, demos, or other works. The sole purpose of this policy is to avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes when Packman products or marketing strategies might seem similar to ideas submitted to Packman. So, please do not send your unsolicited ideas to Packman or anyone at Packman. If, despite our request that you not send us your ideas and materials, you still send them, please understand that Packman makes no assurances that your ideas and materials will be treated as confidential or proprietary.
General Provisions
This TOU, including any documents referenced herein, constitutes the entire agreement between Packman and you pertaining to the subject matter hereof and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between you and Packman with respect to this Site. A printed version of this TOU and of any notice given in electronic form shall be advisable in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this TOU to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. Packman's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this TOU shall not be construed as a waiver of any provisions or right. If any of the provisions contained in this Agreement are determined to be void, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such determination shall not affect the remaining provisions contained herein. This TOU shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
The parties confirm that it is their wish that this TOU and any related documents be drawn up in the English language only. Les signataires confirment leur volonté que la présente convention, de même que tous les documents s'y rattachant, y compris tout avis, annexe et autorisation, soient rédigés en anglais seulement.
